CNC operator (turning/milling)

As a CNC Turner/Miller, you play a key role in producing mechanical prototypes that support the production process. Your work will be diverse and hands-on:

• CNC turning and milling of mechanical parts with a high level of precision
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and giving feedback for improvements
• Becoming the go-to expert for manufacturability questions once you know the machines
• Collaborating closely with the engineering team to improve designs
• Stepping in to help with quality checks or mechanical fitting when needed

This is a job for someone who enjoys both craftsmanship and technical thinking.

• You have experience with CNC turning and/or milling
• You work accurately and strive for top-notch quality
• You can read and adjust mechanical drawings
• You’re fluent in English – it’s the working language here
• You’re flexible and don’t mind helping your team beyond your core tasks
